We focus on a person first approach, evolving capacities and supported decision making across the lifespan. We acknowledge intersectionalities and work towards building communities which are inclusive

Dignity and respect for all Dignity is a birthright, it is about recognising and respecting each person's identity. Ensuring language is respectful and non ableist, communication is inclusive and the environment is barrier free for equal participation
This value emphasizes upholding accountability and ethical behaviour in all actions. We take responsibility for both success and failure, respect confidentiality, practice professionalism and align with organizational values.
